Golden Dreams
Golden Dreams was inspired by a shot captured in Encinitas by San Diego photographer Colin Leibold. I loved this scene so much I just had to paint it!
I'm proud to share that Golden Dreams received an award for honorable mention in the North Coastal Art Gallery's 2023 November-December small image show. Painting is definitely not about the prospect of awards for me - the process itself is rewarding enough, BUT I am super appreciative that the beauty in this piece (& the SoCal coastal landscape) was recognized!
